  The sole purpose of me still 'Being 3' or 'Being with 3; is that I love the environment & the Culture. Everyday is a new day & there is so much to look forward to & learn. I am very Passionate about my work & I enjoy working with my team.

  'Trespassers will be hired' is how one of our branding campaign goes and I am a perfect example for this slogan. I was just chilling with friends in Bandra when I saw 3 hiring in a nearby hotel. I was in jeans and tee shirt and gave it a shot. To my surprise I cleared the first few rounds and was in for the final interview the next day. I got selected. While going back I thought this will be for 6 months. I will get into software after that, being an engineer. Now those 6 months have got multiplied almost 12 times and I am still going strong with 3. If I introspect to see why I am still here then it's predominantly the people I have worked with, the culture which encourages openness, being humane and consideration for all. My work got recognized. I got opportunities to be in Back Office, handle projects on Rate plan change and upgrades, got an opportunity to be a loan trainer for a year, handled a team alone when I was a KC and now finally a team leader in OJL. Since my leaders had this faith in me and I was motivated to achieve more each time, I didn't feel the years running by and I cherished and learnt from each passing day.

  I have completed 5 years at 3.'People often ask Isn't it a very long time to stick around with a particular organization.' My answer to this question is why not, if the nature of business is ever changing and dynamic.'3 Offers you a perfect opportunity to learn, implement and achieve.' Professionally, I grew from an advisor to a team leader's position and I am positive that my journey at 3 does not end here.' 3 as a company strongly believes that any task is driven through people and people are the most important asset for the business.'This is evident with the number of employee development programmes available at 3.'   3 is the first company in the BPO industry I have worked for and trust me from where I come (Hotel industry) this was a huge culture shock. People is what makes this place so lovable; the culture we have here is brilliant and extremely employee friendly. The business is dynamic and this keeps us 'on our feet' all the time. I have grown in 3 from a Team Leader to a Contact Centre Manager and this has all been possible only because hard work does pay off here. I have a say in all decisions that impact business and this makes me confident in my own decision making.
