One thins that has been excellent in my entire journey has been the way that be it an advisor or a Manager every one is first treated as a Human. I have seen Conversations in the past in some organizations been more of a way of telling you what you are not doing right but in HGS it is more about understanding both points of view and helping a person grow. It's an awesome place where we look at not just our growth but the growth of everyone we work with and each person is looking out for the other. I have rarely seen the freedom to express one's self as well as the friendly atmosphere in a work environment and all I have to say is that HGS is the perfect blend of this. If given a chance I would say that a lot of people could learn how to value a "PERSON" from HGS
