3 has always been a place of continuous encouragement and innovation for me pushing me to reach heights and envision my future. Having spent 6 years in 3 I have learnt that I have the opportunity to do what I do best every day and that there is someone at work always who seems to care about me as a person and who encourages my personal development and speaks to me on my progress regularly. 3 has a mission/purpose which makes me feel my job is important giving me that sense of accomplishment I so desire and the feeling that my opinion counts.
