Zarina Patel, UK Ops (Mumbai)

3 is the first company in the BPO industry I have worked for and trust me from where I come (Hotel industry) this was a huge culture shock. People is what makes this place so lovable; the culture we have here is brilliant and extremely employee friendly. The business is dynamic and this keeps us 'on our feet' all the time. I have grown in 3 from a Team Leader to a Contact Centre Manager and this has all been possible only because hard work does pay off here. I have a say in all decisions that impact business and this makes me confident in my own decision making. I am very proud to work for 3 and will continue to contribute in every way possible to my company.
