I joined 3 in 2004 as a part timer thinking as every other youngster thought that I will join a call centre and then leave after I've had enough fun and earned enough money. As time passed I learned that 3 was a place I had never seen before. It was like I had suddenly entered an astonishing world without any prior knowledge of it. The place, the people and to top it all the culture is remarkable. I'm proud to be a part of this big family which has helped me grow professionally and personally.
