Vinod Naini, IT

Since my first day at 3, I have seen the company grow exponentially in employees, business, facilities, etc. There are always opportunities to learn and no limitations to scale new heights in this organization. I joined as a trainee, grown as an AM and hope to see an even brighter future. Everyday seems to be a challenging, work being dynamic in IT Operation. The culture is much comfortable to approach people across different verticals and levels involving close coordination with Business which is unlike IT in other organizations. 3 allows people to accept challenges and follow them through to excellence and I personally have been recognized for my deliverables. 3 just has become an extended family to me.
