I joined 3 as one of my friends was coming in and we had heard a lot about the company and how difficult it is to get in here. I thought I would join just for a couple of months and it's been a 6 year long journey. The environment here was totally different with people being very helpful and working with the same generation of people that I belonged to. I had the liberty to learn at my pace and I got tremendous support and encouragement from everyone I knew. I had my own aspiration and wanted to move on in life but somehow I could never make that decision as there was something that kept me back' I soon realized that I could pursue my personal aspiration even after continuing with 3. I got the support from my colleaguestbookses and managers to continue with my further studies. The other thing that made me stay back with this organization is the Culture it follows. This place is actually managed by people who are connected to the business, the people and the logistics around. Decisions are not just made overnight it is very well thought of. The people, no matter who you are at any level, are included in the decision making as well. There is a lot of respect given to everyone, no one displays hierarchy or throws their weight around. There is a lot of collaborative work happening. This is a great learning organization that I know of. I definitely believe in the concept that Leadership drives culture drives performance.
