Senior Manager (OD) Leadership Development
This role is about how we develop our leadership team to become the Business Leaders that Three needs – to deliver our Company Plan and motivate our colleague
- Responsible for Talent Management and the leadership development within 3. The role will identify and supply interventions the business leaders require to fulfil their potential and drive execution of the company plan
- Provide expert OD advice, guidance, practical solutions and support to meet specific business requirements and facilitate the effective application/implementation by working in partnership with HR and business managers.
- Design, develop and manage leadership development solutions and programmes.
- Identify cultural change needs and work with leaders to develop understanding about how to affect the required change
- Coach business leaders on day to day matters concerning the effectiveness of their organisation and performance of their people.
- Work with OD colleagues to contribute to the development and planning of the OD agenda and agreement of individual objectives
- Provide feedback to individuals and their line managers to follow on from assessments they have completed.
- Facilitate business meetings and ad-hoc events, providing structure and facilitating improved dialogue and discussion to meet meeting objectives.
- Complete capability assessments with business leaders and develop plans & solutions to address the gaps.
- Manage external suppliers who provide coaching, learning and development support
