Eligibility
- Graduates with minimum 3 months of experience in Tech/semi tech process
- Under-graduates with minimum 6 months of experience out of which 3 months should be Tech/semi tech specific
- Technical experience preferred
Process Description
- Handling technical customer queries with regard to mobile phones and internet
- Trouble shooting-Broadband and internet connectivity problems
- 1st & 2nd bucket collections i.e reminder calls and recovery
