Eligibility - Graduates with min 3 months experience in outbound sales/collections/retentions - Under-graduates with minimum 6 months of experience out of which 3 months should be in outbound sales/collections/retentions - All BE professionals should have a minimum of 6 months of work experience in an international call centre Process Description
- To retain customers through a variety of outbound campaigns both prior to and after notice of termination is given by the customer - Increase and extend customer tenure, by locking customers in for a further 12/18 months whilst providing excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer issues/queries - Ensure a proactive, friendly and knowledgeable approach is maintained at all times resulting in high levels of customer care and service commensurated with company standards - Occasional inbound retention activity as and when required |
