Process Description
-Identify billing related issues and explain adequately the reasons for the same -Manage customer inquiries and provide end to end resolution with regard to price plan, free data allowance, installments, payment charges and network coverage -Support post sale inquiry relating to network and handsets -Develop customer service leads for other channels -Verbally demonstrate the features and benefits of 3 products and services and information concisely, accurately and in an enthusiastic manner |
