  • Q.1 When and where is the Customer Relationship Advisor (CRA) interview conducted?
    A.1 CRA interviews are conducted from Monday to Saturday, 10.30am -5.30pm at Mumbai (Spectrum Towers, Mindspace, Malad) and at Pune (3House, Commerzone, Yerawada).
  • Q.2 What are the rounds of interview that a candidate would need to go through?
    A.2 Candidates walking in through all sources i.e. through consultants, employee referral programme, or through ads go through 3 rounds of assessments:
    -Verbal Communication
    -Written Comprehension test, Listening test, Voice and Accent test
    -Personal Interview with HR & Operations
  • Q.3 What salary would I get in Hutchison 3 Global Services?
    A.3 We offer attractive & competitive salaries. If selected, your salary would depend on your relevant BPO experience & tenure in previous organizations.
  • Q.4 Can I choose which process I can join?
    A.4 We have 3 Operations currently – Australia & Ireland (operating in Mumbai), UK (operating out of Mumbai & Pune). You would be allocated the process appropriately depending on your skills & experience as well as our business requirements.
  • Q.5 What are the weekly offs?
    A.5 We work on a 5 day week basis. You will get 2 weekly offs. These are split offs, and not necessarily consecutive or weekend offs.
  • Q.6 What are the transportation facilities?
    A.6 Home pick ups and drops are given to all when the shift starts or ends before 6.30 am or after 10.30pm.
  • Q.7 What are the boundaries for transportation?
    A.7 For Mumbai, the pick-up and drop boundaries are along the central line till Thane/Kalwa, Harbour Line till Vashi and Western line till Virar (excluding Bhayander West, Manori, Gorai and Uttan). The nodal buses are available from pre-designated spots at Kurla, Dahisar, Thane, Vashi, Matunga and Bhayander.
  • For Pune the pick-up and drop boundaries are Warje, Sinhgad Road, Katraj, Kondwa, Dighi, Pashan, Baner, Wakad, Kothrud, Bavdhan, Hadapsar, Kharadi, Bibwewadi, Lohegaon, Dhanori, Dehu Rd. and PCMC.

  • Q.9 What are the educational qualifications needed?
    A.9 Minimum Qualification is HSC with 6 months of relevant experience or Graduate.
  • Q.10 What is the minimum work experience looked at?
    A.10 Undergraduates with 6 months of experience and Graduate freshers can apply.
  • Q.11 What kind of vacancies are available?
    A.11 Full Time vacancies are available 365 days of the year. Part-Time vacancies would be as per the business requirement. There are no back office processes.
  • Q.12 Can I directly apply for a Senior CRA or Team Coach position?
    A.12 One has to join in as a Customer Relationship Advisor and then move on to become a Senior Customer Relationship Advisor and above through internal job postings.
  • Q.13 Do we hire Team Leaders and above externally?
    A.13 As per business requirements, we do hire Team Leaders and above externally through all sources, i.e. direct applicants, through Consultants and through Employee References.
  • Q.14 What kind of training is provided?
    A.14 There would be 5 weeks of voice, product and process training. Thereafter, 2 weeks of On- Job Training.
