As Vice President, Information Technology and Automation & Software Development, Dennis Thomas is responsible for all the IT infrastructure and systems used by 3 India. In addition to this, his teams are responsible for the design, development and implementation of systems and technology as well as fault and incident management. Dennis has been actively involved in planning Information Technology for over 15 years. His previous assignments have been with firms and international contact centres setting up their offshore IT Infrastructure & Operations and heading their technology function.  A commerce graduate he started his career as a software developer. In his free time, Dennis likes watching football and Formula 1 races.
