As Business Leader, Australia, Shernaz Pochkhanawala’s role is to provide leadership to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team in Mumbai to support the Australian 3 business. She is responsible for end-to-end CRM Operations as well as all CRM Support functions. Her expertise comes from spending over 15 years in CRM of which over 11 years have been spent managing CRM operations in the telecommunications industry. She specialises in driving Customer Experience through Operational Effectiveness. Shernaz is a graduate from the Mumbai University, majoring in Sociology & Political Science. She likes gardening, watching movies, reading, catching up with friends and writing poems.
