Birendra Sen is Vice President, Operations Support UK. He has managed multiple portfolios for the organization and is now responsible for all Customer Care and Support Operations in India. He has a work experience of 9 years spanning industries like financial institutions, IT, ITES and telecom. Birendra is an Electronics Engineer from REC Bhopal (now MANIT) and an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from IIM Lucknow. In his free time Biren likes to play with his adorable son & also take him to the most happening amusement parks.
