Graham Marsh, Vice President, Technical & Retail Support, UK is responsible for managing the technical support teams who help customers with any technical queries and resolve any issues 3’s UK customers have. Graham has most recently managed IT and Software development but his work has spanned areas ranging from Consultancy to Process Development and Operations for a number of national and international telecoms companies. He has done his Masters of Science in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Durham. A gadget freak, in his free time Graham likes socialising with friends, watching cinema and reading.
