Prashant Lulla is General Manager, Ireland Operations in Mumbai. He has a work experience of almost 14 years in the Hospitality and the American Consumer Finance Industry. He is a Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and has led several Lean Six Sigma Initiatives during his Quality and Operations Roles improving the Efficiency and Customer Experiences in the Retail Credit Card Business both in India and Canada. He has led the Work Force Management Team across India and Philippines and was instrumental in setting up the Tactical Operation Centre and Disaster Recovery Plan for the India Sites. He enjoys travelling to remote locations, experiment with different cuisines and loves to unwind watching movies on weekends.
